What We Do
Sunshine is offering online classes, and also in-person summer camps. The early registration deadline is April 30, 2022.
Sunshine Summer school provides in-person Summer academic camps and online classes during Summer. The academic camps or classes promote students to learn more advanced math, reading, and writing; and prepare students for standard tests such as SUMMA ITBS Reading, ITBS Math, CogAt tests, math placement tests, SSAT, PSAT, SAT, and ACT tests. Students will also explore more interests in Science, Computer Programming, and Robotics at our in-person Summer camps.
Sunshine is providing all test preparation and academic enrichment classes for K-12 in 2021-2022 school year. The courses are online live classes.
To provide more support for our families, Sunshine is also offering the grade-level Academic Online SUMMA Bundles for K-8 students as a super beneficial option, which is a replacement of the normal academic advance afterschool program. The Online SUMMA Bundles by grade is designed to be a mini private school/enhanced SUMMA package to support all your students' academic needs for the school year. This is essential for academic excellence all the way to high school. It's even more critical now as the schools can't teach per usual due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Sunshine fully integrated the Zoom for education platform to our online learning manage system. Students can easily join the online virtual classrooms via their Sunshine account. All online classes at Sunshine are interactively taught by our experienced teachers. Class playback videos are available for students to makeup class.

Willamette Valley Academy(WVA) is our private middle school for Grade 5-8. WVA is a school for those who are engaged in significant pursuits beyond the traditional school classroom. Our mission is to support motivated students to have the opportunity to be challenged to excel and achieve. We accept qualified students for grade 5-8 as long as we have openings.

We are delivering the complete academic enrichment classes, test preparation programs for K-12 students with professional and experienced teachers. The high quality of the classes is ensured by excellent teachers, well selected/designed curriculum and small size of classes. So far we have enrichment classes which are divided based on the following categories:

Sunshine Academic Advance After-school Program for 2020 to 2021 school year starts September 8th, 2020 and ends June 18th, 2021. The program is designed to enhance advanced learning in English, Math, Science, and Technology. The program also prepares students for the CogAt & ITBS Reading/Math tests. It helps students to build up creativity, critical thinking, and growth mindset.
Sunshine follows Beaverton School District schedule and operates on all school open days in 2020-2021 school year (9 and half months). And also provides no-school day camp except the major holidays in the U.S. We currently provide pick up service from the following schools: Findley, Jacob Wismer, Springville, Sato, Bethany and Oak Hills.
